Family Services

Family Services provides essential support services to children and adults with an Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD), Children with a Complex Medical Condition (CCMC) and Adults with a Physical and Developmental Disability (APDD). Supports such as respite care, in-home habilitation, supported living and day habilitation allow individuals to thrive in their family home and access community settings.

Partners with individuals and their family members, care coordination agencies and other community collaborators to construct personalized plans of care created to foster growth in areas such as self-help, communication, independent-living skills and community inclusion. FRA Home/Community Providers work the families to carry out the services in each plan, delivering skilled care in the family home, at FRA’s day respite facility and in community settings.
